Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing here creates an attorney–client relationship. The articles, the audit, and every tool described are educational material and drafting aids for licensed professionals — you remain solely responsible for your own professional judgment, your compliance with your bar's rules, and every document you sign or file.
The site and the products it describes are built for licensed attorneys and legal professionals working under attorney supervision. They are not consumer legal services and must not be used to provide legal services to the public except by, or under the supervision of, licensed counsel.
Joining the waitlist is free, creates no obligation on either side, and doesn't guarantee access, pricing, or a launch date. Founding-cohort terms (including any stated price lock) will be presented at the time of purchase and governed by the purchase terms shown then. We may modify or discontinue the waitlist at any time.
Don't misuse the site: no scraping at abusive volume, no attempting to breach or probe its security, no submitting content that's unlawful or that you lack the right to share, and no using the forms to send spam. We may block access that violates these terms.
The site's content — text, design, the Legal Skills HQ name and branding — belongs to GTMVP Inc or its licensors. You may read, link to, and quote reasonably with attribution; you may not republish substantial portions or pass the content off as your own. Prompts and templates we expressly offer for download or copy-paste may be used freely in your own practice.
The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-related descriptions reflect products still in development; features, availability, and dates may change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTMVP Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes affecting the waitlist will be announced to the list.
